Interact with your teacher! Even if they don't offer engaging activities, you can. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
- Take deep breaths
By breathing deeper, you increase your oxygen levels, slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and improve blood circulation.
- Chew gum / bring a snack
